Hosted by Pastor Aaron Kennedy at Opendoor Church, this Learning Lab blends two critical aspects of pastoral life: church governance and thriving marriages in ministry.
Session 1 focuses on governance, as Pastor Jimmy Witcher teaches TFAC’s theocratic model and equips pastors to build clarity, unity, and longevity into their leadership structures.
Session 2 shifts to marriage in ministry, as Pastors Jimmy & Kim Witcher discuss how couples can thrive, stay connected, communicate well, and protect their relationship while leading others. This day will highlight practical tools for navigating pressure, balancing roles, and strengthening the pastoral marriage.
